Luther M. Amundson Luther M. Amundson is the Managing Shareholder of the firm and a member of the Litigation Department. A graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in 1982, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Amundson concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of elder law (will contests, trust administration, nursing home injury), wrongful death, fire loss, insurance and commercial law. Mr. Amundson is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Associates (ATLA), the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA) and the State and County Bar Associations. He has been on the Board of Governors of MTLA since 1996. Luther has been named in statewide surveys as a Leading American Attorney since 1994, among Minnesota Super Lawyers in Minnesota Law & Politics and Mpls. St. Paul Magazine since 1995, and as a Leading Attorney by Mpls.St. Paul Magazine since 1996.

He has been nominated since 1994 in state wide surveys as a leading attorney in the Law and Leading Attorney Consumer Guidebook, has been identified as a Minnesota Leading Attorney in Law & Politics since 1995, and in 1998 was identified as a Leading Attorney by Mpls/St. Paul Magazine.

He is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Court and Federal District Court and is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of practice. Mr. Amundson enjoys camping and hiking with his family, and loves photographing his two boys.
