Mary S. Hagen is a Shareholder in the law firm of Maser & Amundson, P.A. She is a 1993 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. Ms. Hagen received her B.A. from the University of Minnesota. Ms. Hagen's law practice is concentrated in the areas of Elder Law, Guardianship and Conservatorship law, Estate Planning and Probate. Ms. Hagen is a member of the American Bar Association, the Minnesota Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers, and Sigma Theta Tau. She has been named to the Minnesota Super Lawyers list in Minnesota Law & Politics and Mpls.St. Paul Magazine since 2001. Ms. Hagen maintains her affiliation as a nurse attorney. She is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and health care funding. She is interested in legislation in the health care and probate areas. Ms. Hagen is married and has two children. She and her family enjoy weekends spent in the country at her husband's family farm. The Hagen family also enjoys a menagerie of family pets, currently consisting of a dog and two cats.
