Theresa M. Kowalski is an associate in the law firm of Maser & Amundson P.A. practicing in the areas of estate planning, tax and business planning, probate, and trust administration. Ms. Kowalski is experienced in the intergenerational transition of business interests as well as the use of trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable planning, and gifting strategies to conserve assets and pass wealth to younger generations. She lectures to attorneys, financial professionals, and others interested in business succession and estate and tax planning options.

Ms. Kowalski is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and received her undergraduate degree from Macalester College, Saint Paul, Minnesota. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Court and Federal District Court
