“About six years ago, my husband and I had to put his mother in memory care in a nursing home due to dementia. It was a hard time since we had no access to her bank accounts to pay for the home nor did we have a legal right. I originally contacted a relative who was an attorney- hoping that he could direct us to an elderly care attorney to help us. He directed us to a website. I then checked out several attorneys who insisted that my mother-in law had to go to court with us. In her defiant state of mind- it was impossible to get her there. I then asked the housing director at the nursing home and she referred me to Allison Frasier. What a relief! She said we didn’t have to bring her, that we would just need a review of her condition and the court would be OK. For the last six years, I have worked with Allison and the staff who were very knowledgeable and good to work with. They guided me and my husband through everything from the initial proceedings to becoming guardians and conservators, to selling her home and every year’s reporting to the court until the final court hearing after her death. We have always felt confident with Allison.”

“I am the caregiver and personal representative for three individuals in my family. I came to Maser, Amundson, Boggio ten years ago because I needed guidance, direction and a plan to make sure my loved ones are cared for, financially and medically. I simply don’t have enough words to describe how great it’s been to work with Randy Boggio. He’s helped our family with estate planning, trusts and elder care planning. What I appreciate most about working with Maser, Amundson, Boggio is how knowledgeable they are. They understand all the issues faced by the elderly, how benefits work, what resources and options are available to us, and how to navigate the complicated systems of Medicare, Medicaid and other benefits. They’re progressive and always remain on the leading edge of what’s coming next in terms of elder law. They attend educational seminars and are very informed across the board. Caring for vulnerable family members is a huge responsibility. Having someone knowledgeable, compassionate, calm – someone with a clear plan who can guide me through the various issues that arise – has been incredibly helpful. I feel strengthened, supported and reassured. A big ‘thank you’ to all the folks at Maser, Amundson, Boggio for their professionalism, expertise and caring. You’re the best!”
