Established by Kris Maser and Luther Amundson in 1984, they began with the sole purpose of addressing the legal needs of the elderly and earnestly protecting the rights of their clients through skillful representation. Kris Maser was one of the instrumental founders of elder law in the state of Minnesota, and Luther Amundson quickly became recognized in the area as a top litigator of elder law.
Fast-forward to today and Maser, Amundson & Price, P.A. has grown into a full-service law firm with seven talented attorneys in two distinct departments that are devoted to elder law and estate planning, and litigation. The firm includes three shareholders; Luther Amundson, Kris Maser and Mary Frances Price, as well as an investigator, an experienced geriatric care manager, paralegals, and administrative staff.
