Those who know me well say that I’m:
- Empathetic – I can relate to others’ feelings and experiences and understand where they’re coming from. This helps connect with my clients and make them feel heard and understood.
- Forthright – I’m straight forward and genuine – with me, what you see is what you get. I don’t feel the need to put up a front and this makes me approachable to others.
- Inquisitive – I enjoy learning and growing and am naturally curious. I don’t accept being “close enough.” I am dedicated to getting it right, which helps me become better at my job every day.
I chose to become an attorney because I saw the legal profession as the best way for me to help others. My natural talents and interests made law school the right choice for me.
I believe that it’s my responsibility to better the lives of those around me.
I can help people solve problems they can’t handle on their own.
My greatest accomplishment is winning over my future wife. Her parents are both attorneys and she swore she’d never marry one. Until I came along, that is. These days we like to joke that my persuasive abilities were too much for her to resist.
I’m making a difference by faithfully and determinedly working for the benefit of my clients. The reason I come to work every day is because I believe everyone deserves a fair shake and this is what drives me to fight hard for my clients.
Quote me: “It’s not the end of the world – we can fix this.”
My next challenge is succeeding in my current role, strengthening my abilities as a litigation attorney and winning cases for my clients.
On my bookshelf: American Gods by Neil Gaiman
Seven words that describe me: Empathetic, optimistic, curious, approachable, adventurous, hard-working, steadfast.
One thing most people don’t know about me: I practiced and taught taekwondo starting at the age of 15 and even competed nationally.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, watching movies, and target shooting.
